Great looking, concise, informative content should at the core of any learning experience. YouTube works in learning because it is easy to access and it is snappy. Organisations are often looking for the most effective way of presenting and reposting on uptake and understanding. We have considerable experience in presenting, monitoring and reporting training and induction programmes. At Total and Centrica we use interactive keypad-based video programmes to ensure contractors understand their responsibilities and are fit to enter the sites. ConocoPhillips relies on our animated videos to help reduce complacency at their UK oil refinery while AMEY rely on our video inductions to keep highway teams safe.
We use a range of e-Learning tools to present, report and monitor our content and use Captivate and Articulate authoring software. We work with a range of partner organisations to design Learning Management Systems (LMS) for clinets. For the Global Hotel Alliance, we created a worldwide LMS distributing video-rich content to 35 luxury hotel brands across the globe. That is some 30,000 individual users.
